#have a university degree in design/graphics or similar

#have several years of industry experience as a designer or

art director in an agency setting

#are proficient in all the usual software applications, esp. Adobe Creative Suite

#are fluent in spoken as well as written English

#have a thorough understanding of youth culture and

action/adventure sports

#enjoy to work in a team

#show interest in being on the permanent staff

#be responsible for the graphic conception and implementation of worldwide campaigns in different media channels
